Your first website draft is delivered within 3 working days of completed onboarding. Onboarding is complete once your plan is active and we've received the key details needed to build your website: your business information, services, contact details, opening hours, logo and any photos you want included. If you book an onboarding call, the timeline starts after that call is completed and we have what we need.

The first draft is delivered within 3 working days, but that's not the same as going live. Your site goes live after you've reviewed the draft, requested any changes and approved the final version.

Your business name, services, contact details, opening hours, location or service area, photos, logo if you have one, social links and any wording you'd like. We'll guide you through it during onboarding.

A free one-page website build, hosting, SSL, a standard domain, one professional email forwarding address, a contact form, call and WhatsApp buttons, basic local SEO setup, website health checks, up to 60 minutes of standard updates each month, and friendly support for your website, domain and LaunchSite setup.

For UK customers, VAT is added where applicable. For customers outside the UK, taxes may depend on your country and whether you're buying as a business or a consumer. We'll confirm the correct tax treatment at checkout or invoice stage.

Yes. The plan runs on a 24-month minimum. This lets us include the build, hosting, SSL, domain, email forwarding, updates and management with no upfront build fee. After the minimum term it continues monthly unless cancelled or upgraded.

If a payment fails, we'll notify you and retry it. If the account stays unpaid after 7 days, the website may be temporarily paused until it's brought up to date. Once payment is made, the site can be reactivated.

You're on a 24-month minimum plan, so it runs for that term. After the minimum term, you can cancel or continue monthly, just let us know.

If we register a standard domain for your business, it's managed by LaunchSite while your website plan is active. The domain is for your business, and after the minimum term you can request a transfer as long as your account is up to date and any transfer/admin costs are covered. If you already own a domain, we can help connect it.

Yes. If you already have a domain, we can help connect it to your new LaunchSite website.

Your plan includes one professional email forwarding address, such as hello@yourbusiness.co.uk, forwarded to your existing inbox, plus friendly support for your website, domain and LaunchSite setup. We'll help with reasonable questions and point you in the right direction if you get stuck. It doesn't include unlimited general IT support, password recovery, device setup, inbox management or ongoing Outlook/Gmail troubleshooting. If something needs extra hands-on help, we'll explain it first and only quote separately where needed.

Yes. Full business mailboxes that let you send and receive from your own address are available as an add-on for £9.99/month per mailbox.

Yes. Your plan includes up to 60 minutes of standard website updates each month, things like text, prices, opening hours, photos, services or a small announcement. Unused time doesn't roll over, and larger work is quoted separately.

No. We don't promise leads, sales or Google rankings. We provide a professional managed website so your business has a clear online presence and customers have somewhere proper to view your services and get in touch.

The £39.99/month plan doesn't include unlimited changes, full redesigns, e-commerce, booking system setup (unless quoted separately), advanced SEO campaigns, paid ads, social media management, logo design, custom integrations or ongoing general IT support. Where you need something extra, we'll explain it and quote it fairly.
