5. We look after it

Small updates like text, prices, photos or a new offer are included every month, just send them over. Bigger pieces of work, like a full redesign, extra pages or an online shop, are quoted separately and only started once you have said yes, so there are never surprise charges.
Do I own my website, content and domain?
Yes. Your brand, your content and your domain are always yours. While the plan runs we host and manage everything for you, and if you ever leave we hand over a copy of your site and your domain.
What happens if I want to cancel?
After the minimum term the plan continues month to month and you can cancel any time with 30 days written notice. There is nothing to unpick and no penalty, and you keep your domain and a copy of your site.
