How the pricing works
There’s no build or setup fee to get started. We cover the cost of designing and building your website and spread it across the monthly plan, so you can get online without a big bill up front.
That’s why it runs on a 24-month plan: the minimum term is what lets us include the build at no upfront cost and spread it across the £39.99/month, alongside hosting, security, your domain, email and updates. After the 24 months it simply continues month to month, with no new contract, and you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
What your £39.99/month covers
Every month your plan covers everything it takes to keep a professional site online and current: reliable hosting so it’s always available, an SSL certificate for security and the padlock in the address bar, your own standard domain, an email-forwarding address, and a set amount of updates done for you.
You never touch the technical side and never get a separate bill for any of it. If you ever want something bigger, like a redesign or an online shop, we quote it separately and only start once you’ve said yes, so there are no surprises.

We keep it honest: the plan does not promise guaranteed leads, sales or Google rankings, and it does not cover unlimited redesigns, e-commerce or advanced ad campaigns. It is a simple, professional, managed website, done for you.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your £39.99/month covers hosting, security, your domain, email forwarding, ongoing updates and support. The only things outside the plan are optional extras you’d agree with us first, like a bigger redesign or an online shop.
What if I need more changes than the included updates?
Your plan includes a set amount of small updates each month, such as text, photos, prices or a new event. Bigger pieces of work are quoted separately and only started once you’ve said yes, so there are never surprise charges.
Do I own my domain and content?
Yes. Your brand, your content and your domain are always yours. While the plan runs we host and manage everything for you, and if you ever leave we hand over a copy of your site and your domain.
